An Outing Gone Bad

It was time for the monthly outing to Sam's. I suggested Norman, thinking I won't see anyone I know, so I will have no need for make up.

We needed cheese, and not the cheese food product. But real cheese.

We arrived. My husband in his overall's and oldest sage green sweatshirt with white paint on the sleeves and I in my burgandy valour jogging suit. No make up, looking like we just arrived from the farm.

I had no more gotten my bugging and started for the cheese, when I ran right into a friend of mine...oh well.

I saw some sweet little baby clothes at a very good price for the grandchildren, which was immediately vetoed. That is why I prefer not shopping with a man!

I thought, I will pick up some artichoke hearts for my daughter. No, that will be frowned on also.

We got the things we needed, and I began to feel weak and dizzy. It was hard to see, and I knew I couldn't walk thro the store without holding on to something.

It had been a very stressful day with the drama from my daughter, and the drama on facebook. I was under a lot of stress. The bottoms of my feet began to cramp up and I couldn't hardly walk. I didn't know what was happening.

We went thro the checkout, and proceeded to the car, when I ran into another friend as I was going out the door! I will never go out without my make up again! It was a nice meeting despite that. Haha

The lights in Sam's seem to really bother me today. Everything seemed to bother my eyes as we drove back to the city. I took my meds.

The next stop was Aldi's for some basic's and bargains. We filled the basket, and I was feeling alittle better. We unloaded the cart onto the conveyor belt and as we waited to check out, I looked in my purse for the debit card to pay. It wasn't there. I had changed purses, and left both check books in the other purse. Oh My! I quickly appologized and said, we will go get the card and come back.

Steve of course, was alittle put out with me for not having my head on straight. He said we will go to the other Aldi's, closer to home and get our purchases.

But, we will go tomarrow. That's final!
